I’ve been behind the bar for about 10 years, but I started at the very bottom—collecting glasses and washing dishes after moving to London in 2015. From there, I worked my way up through different venues, learning that hospitality is as much about people as it is about drinks.
Over the years, I’ve done everything from stock control to running shifts, but what really drives me is creativity—experimenting with flavours, crafting liqueurs, and putting my own twist on cocktails. I’ve worked in everything from fast-paced hotel bars to membership clubs, but I’ve found my home in places that value genuine hospitality, where guests feel like they’re part of the family.
Today, I focus on creating drinks that surprise and delight. For me, it’s not about titles or politics—it’s about passion, flavour, and those small moments that make someone’s day.
